The Difference is Jesus

Model Student Outcomes

Each day at CrossLife Christian Academy, the students will grow wider and deeper in a multitude of life skills. Communication, teamwork, decision making, and conflict resolution are just a few of these life skills that we work on from Preschool all the way through 5th grade. When a student learns and uses these life skills, they are setting themselves up for success in the classroom and in their future! CrossLife Christian Academy builds a passion for student learning through active learning. Decades of research has shown the best learning happens through active involvement in lessons and program activities. Our educational program is grounded in teacher-guided, student-led learning. This approach leads children to be excited about learning and to fuel the fires of life-long learning. Christian character flows from our well-trained teachers and staff that model and teach each and every school day. Our teachers bring all of our Christian values and beliefs to the classrooms, leading and guiding your child as they learn the essentials of the Christian faith and life in an age-appropriate way. It is our prayer that each student at CrossLife Christian Academy learns not only important life skills, and how to build their academic knowledge, but that they also learn the grace- full Christian character foundational for success in life. The combination of Christian character, life skills, and academic knowledge that your child will gain at CrossLife Christian Academy will stay with them throughout all of life. Above all, we show children through our own example that we must all continue learning throughout our lives. “Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.” - Proverbs 22:6

Faith Statement

At CrossLife Christian Academy, we believe and teach God’s Word as it is written in the Bible - no additions or subtractions, just the truth to guide our lives. As Christians, we share the good news of God’s salvation - that God sent his one and only son, Jesus, to our sinful earth. Jesus lived a perfect life and died on the cross to save us from our sins. Because of this amazing grace that God has shown to us, our eternal destiny is heaven with our Savior and Lord. To accomplish this, we do not have to do any extra work, it was already done by Jesus: “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith -- and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God -- not by works, so that no one can boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9

Mission, Vision, Values

“Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20 At CrossLife Christian Academy, each day is centered around our Savior. His Word is brought into the lessons, conversations, play experiences, and more. We have been commanded by our Savior Jesus to make disciples of all nations. That is our goal here at CrossLife, and through the instruction that they receive, our students will also learn to make disciples of all nations. Keeping this command in mind, we created our Vision and Mission statements: The Vision of CrossLife Christian Academy is that each child will experience the unconditional love of Jesus, become passionate about their faith, develop Bible-based character, and grow in their God-given purpose as a disciple leader.

Christian education has been a central ministry of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod since 1855. Today, preparing teachers for these schools is the leading purpose of Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota. MLC has been training teachers for the public ministry since 1884. Our teachers and director are all graduates of Martin Luther College. We welcome any Christian family from any Christian church. We would love to share more with you about our church and school!

Ministry-Minded Christian Faculty

The lead teachers and director at CrossLife Christian Academy consist of teachers that have earned bachelor's degrees in education from Martin Luther College. Martin Luther College is a school that teaches and trains its students to teach in private Christian schools like ours all across the country. These teachers have deliberately chosen education as their life work, and they now serve our schools under a divine call. They view working with your child both as an honor, and a ministry. The entire CrossLife faculty has a strong desire to educate your child in a way that will help them to succeed in living a life that honors God. Meet Our Faculty
