We believe that facilitating spiritual growth in students is as important as fostering their academic growth. Rooted in our founding vision, our approach to discipleship and spiritual formation is designed to develop strong Christian character and a lasting relationship with Christ.
Through a combination of faith-building activities woven into each day, our teachers help build a foundation that will both ground and guide students through the years ahead.
As a result, children attending CrossLife Christian Academy get the opportunity to experience the unconditional love of God, and become courageous disciple leaders who grow in faith, knowledge, skill, and character to impact the world.
Through our Christ Light™ program, we bring the truth of Jesus and His saving work to the classroom each day.
Even the youngest students are taught to place God’s Word in their hearts and minds and how to connect with Old and New Testament teachings through interactive songs, engaging stories, and fun activities. This daily journey through the Bible cultivates a deep understanding and love for God’s Word from an early age.
With the Christ Light™ program, teachers focus their age-appropriate lessons on 1-3 Bible stories per week, presenting each lesson with clear and simple language. They then create games and activities to reinforce each story as they continue retelling it and asking a variety of questions. By the end of the week, students are able to tell the Bible story on their own and, in a simple way, explain what it means to them.
Each Wednesday from 8:15 – 8:45, CrossLife students and faculty gather for a campus-wide Chapel Service with Pastor Daron Lindemann. These services are a time for singing, reading God’s Word, praying, and growing in faith together. Families are also invited to join with us during these regular chapel services.
God’s Word permeates everything we do at CrossLife and is the foundation of our curriculum. Every subject, from math to science, is taught through a Christian lens, ensuring that students see God’s hand in all aspects of life and learning.
With God’s love fueling our staff and His Word guiding each lesson, conversation, and interaction, students at CrossLife experience an environment designed to deliver top-notch academics with a Biblical worldview.
